Creak Bassist Loses It on Live Radio

Ryan and Korey will be on a radio talkshow Friday April 6th at 330pm to discuss the good ol’ business side of being a musician. Since we are clearly the most knowledgeable two people in the bay area on this subject, what with our fleet of 24 karat gold plated raised hummer limos that we use just to transport our instruments, it will obviously be a fun and informative way to spend 15 minutes. Radio Recording

We played a set on Mutiny Radio in SF and were able to record a couple of tunes from the performance. Check ‘em out for some sweet lo-fi recordings of everyone’s favorite songs, Let Me In and Johnny Lee!

Thanks for a great show!

We had an awesome time at the Great American Music Hall the other night! What a fun night of music. Thanks to everyone who came and made us feel welcome. Check out the photos our buddy Max Tarcher took on our photos page. A couple are below for your viewing pleasure:

Totally free download. We just request that you give us your first born email address, so we can, um, sell it to third parties and steal your identities. Nice.

Oh and check out the cover! It’s chrome.

Old Timey Benefit

Come one come all to Cafe Du Nord on the 12th of January 2012! Start the year off right with a dose of The Creak and all our guitar slingin’ buddies!

It will be an awesome show to benefit the volunteer run San Francisco Old Time and Bluegrass Festival that happens in February. Check out the show page for more details.

New Photos

We don’t play music anymore. The Creak’s new calling is modeling. I mean shit, we may not play too well but damn do we look good. Check out the new sweet pictures of the most handsomest men on the photos page.

No, but seriously, thanks Max T for taking those photos!

We <3 Craigslist

After much deliberation and many a calculation, The Creak decided to get a full time bass player. We put an ad up on Craigslist and a nice lad named Ryan Lim said he was up to the challenge of dealing with us four knuckleheads. Wooo hooo! Come and check us out as a new and improved five piece the next time we decide to make noise somewhere.

The Album Is Here

Finally…after waiting, then waiting, and waiting just a bit more, we have a box full of Creak CDs! These little beauties are just begging to be used as a Frisbee, become part of a sweet solar oven, or I guess people can listen to them too. Let us know if you want one and we’ll get it to you.
